Gi Group S.p.A. (Aut. Min. 26/11/2004 PROT. 1101 - SG) is seeking a candidate for an internal recruitment and selection internship.

The ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in humanities-psychology disciplines. Having attended a master's or specialization course in Human Resources is a plus.

The selected candidate, motivated to work and trained in recruitment and personnel management activities, will work alongside the branch manager to learn about CV screening, candidate interviews, database management, recruitment channel activation and monitoring, client company personnel searches, administrative support, and commercial development activities.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, team and goal-oriented attitude, availability, and responsibility are required.

Residence in the area is essential.

Bachelor's degree

6-month training period, full-time schedule.
