Front Desk Agentto join our Front Office team.
Role ObjectiveProvide exceptional guest service at the front desk, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Main Responsibilities- Greet guests professionally, courteously, and attentively.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Manage bookings via the hotel management software, including phone and online reservations.
- Maintain updated records of arrivals and departures.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and special requests promptly and effectively.
- Keep the reception area and guest information materials tidy and presentable.
Mandatory Requirements- High school diploma or university degree in tourism, languages, or related fields (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in similar or higher category hotels.
- Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency in French and/or German (B2 level or higher).
- Knowledge of a third foreign language is a plus.
- Operational knowledge of major hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, Mews).
- Familiarity with major OTA channels and booking systems.
