GBA Studio legale tributario seleziona un Avvocato o un Dottore Commercialista, con esperienza nel contenzioso tributario, da inserire full time nella struttura.
Responsabilità
Il professionista avrà la gestione della difesa tributaria in tutte le fasi anche pre-accertative (fase di adesione etc) coordinandosi costantemente con i soci dello Studio responsabili della singola posizione.
E' richiesta capacità di gestire in autonomia anche le posizioni più complesse. Forte determinazione e capacità di problem solving completano il profilo. Rappresenterà titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato esperienza anche nel diritto penale tributario.
