Job summary
A luxury beauty brand is seeking a Store Manager in Milano, responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a dedication to customer service in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role requires a proactive leader able to mentor their team while achieving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in store management, preferably in luxury retail.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Promote a client-oriented mindset and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and conduct follow-ups on team development plans.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and inventory management.
