Remote Account Manager - Restaurant Growth & Partnerships
Job summary
A leading food delivery service is seeking an Account Manager in Livorno, Italy. In this role, you will manage relationships with restaurant brands while focusing on performance metrics and contract negotiations. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in account management, a strong knowledge of P&L, and the ability to build long-term relationships. The position offers remote work flexibility and is part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
- P&L knowledge and negotiation skills.
- Experience creating long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate experience using project management applications.
- Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food market preferred.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands and build lasting relationships.
- Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Negotiate contract terms to improve financial performance.
- Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance and loyalty.
- Control perimeter P&L identifying opportunities and risks.
