Education: Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
Professional Experience: Previous experience as a trainer, technical support, or technical manager, preferably in the household appliances sector.

Soft skills: Excellent communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.
