For an important insurance company, we are looking for a:

INVESTMENT SPECIALIST

The role, within the Investment Department, will be responsible for activities related to the company's investment portfolio/management, as well as supporting the Manager in the following tasks:

• Assist with regulatory reporting for Classes C and D (e.g., COVIP, PIP, ANIA, etc.);
• Monitor and provide support for the day-to-day management of Sofia;
• Support documentation for new products;
• Answer inquiries from clients/distributors;
• Monitor unit-linked asset managers and fund corporate actions;
• Support the monitoring of NAV calculation for Unit Linked;
• Assist with the calculation of Unit Linked fees.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in the Finance/Investment area in an Insurance Company, with experience in monitoring/analysis and reporting to support investment management.
• A degree in Finance or Quantitative Finance – a Master's degree in Finance and/or Quantitative Finance would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of insurance balance sheets and accounting techniques;
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with professional use of Excel being essential;
