A global biopharmaceutical company in Rome is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee and Labour Relations. This role involves providing support for Employee Relations and Labour Relations in Italy, fostering relationships with HR partners, Works Councils, and unions. The Senior Manager, Employee and Labour Relations role is Office-Based in Rome and will report to the Director, EMEA Employee and Labor Relations.
This position provides Employee Relations and Labour Relations support to Italy, with possibility to develop to support in multiple company locations in the European Region.
As a member of the Bristol-Myers Squibb, Employee and Labour Relations Team, the role holder will build strong relationships between people leaders, employees, HR business partners, HR Law, the Office of Compliance and Ethics, Works Councils and Unions.
