A global tech consulting company is looking for an IT Support Team Leader in Torino, Italy. You will manage the Depot team, ensure high-quality customer service, and coordinate with various IT teams. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in IT support and possesses excellent communication skills in both Italian and English. Job Responsibilities

• Manage Depot team in Italy;
• Manage weekly team meetings to ensure training and information distributed to all the team;
• Schedule yearly reviews with team making sure all details are recorded on HR systems;
• Manage response to computer related request and incidents;
• Ensure planning schedules breaks code of conduct etc. are respected by the team members.

Qualifications

• 4 Years experience in an IT Support Role;
• 1 Year experience as a team leader;
• Language skills: Proficiency in Italian and a good level of English;
• Hardware knowledge of IT equipment;
• Ability to co‑ordinate with multiple IT teams to achieve desired outcome and previous experience in vendor management;
• Experience using ticketing tools to manage support (Service Now);
• Candidates need to be adaptable efficient and able to work independently;
• Strong sense of customer service and good organizational skills;
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills;
• Ability to multitask and team focused.
