Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize websites using WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and other CMS platforms.
- Create custom themes and plugins based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and marketers to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Communicate effectively with project managers to provide solutions for website-related issues.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external tools.
- Troubleshoot and debug errors or performance issues.
- Manage and configure cloud-based web servers to ensure uptime, scalability, and security.
- Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience in developing custom themes and plugins for WordPress, Shopify (Liquid), or Magento.
- Proficiency in REST API / GraphQL integrations.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads within tight deadlines.
- Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi, Contentful, etc.).
- Knowledge of React.js, Vue.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience in scaling high-traffic websites and load balancing.
