Position Announcement: Daycare and Preschool Teacher

Company Overview: PT. Dimulti Pilar Narmadi is a consulting firm located in Margonda, Depok, West Java. Established in 2008, we operate across four main business areas: product compliance, swimming pool contracting, media services, and education.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Daycare and Preschool Teacher in our Dimulti Education Division. This position involves conducting teaching learning process, classroom management, student assessment, and preparing student report. Below are the detailed responsibilities and requirements for this position:

Responsibilities:

1. Teach children between the age of 1 to 5 years old.
2. Implement effective classroom management, lesson plans, assessment tools, and differentiated instruction.
3. Coordinate with relevant teams to organize company or educational events.
4. Prepare student reports, lesson plans, and teaching and learning materials.
5. Maintain communication with parents, fellow teachers, and external parties regarding classroom management, events, and activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Pre-school or Kindergarten Education.
2. Has minimum of 2 years of experience in a national or international school.
3. Strong command of written and spoken English.
4. Excellent understanding of phoneme and the ability to teach reading using a phonemic system.
5. Passionate about teaching and working with children.
6. Excellent teaching skills, including classroom management, lesson planning, assessments, and differentiated instruction.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for educational purposes.
8. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
9. Good teamwork skills and self-motivated.
