About the role

As a Senior Marketing Communication at PT Berkat Integrasi Teknologi, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing and communication strategies. Responsible for developing and executing impactful campaigns, you will be at the forefront of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This full-time position is based in the heart of Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans to support the company's overall business objectives
2. Create engaging content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media
3. Manage and coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
5. Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve the company's marketing strategies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the technology industry
2. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
4. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
5. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media analytics, and email marketing
6. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7. Experience in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
8. Knowledge of SEO trends and best practices
