We're looking for a full-time Listings & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise our portfolio of properties across multiple OTA platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both listing performance and pricing strategy, and knows how to turn visibility into bookings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and optimise property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Track OTAs changes and updates to prepare implementation plans across all properties.
• End-to-end OTAs commercial strategies:
  • Boosting
  • Special offers
  • Coordinating with our team for any changes to property details
• Regularly monitor listing accuracy, visibility, and performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant OTAs management experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant property rental pricing experience required, preferably in villas or short-term rentals.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skill.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skill.
• Proven track record of experience on managing Airbnb, Booking, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Basic understanding of SEO, ranking algorithms, or platform optimisation is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and fix listing or pricing issues before they impact performance.
