  • Analyze funnel performance (opt-in, renewal, churn, redemption, cohort behavior).
  • Build dashboards and conduct SQL-based analysis.
  • Develop user segmentation and support CRM lifecycle campaign strategies.
  • Ensure operational accuracy across billing, auto-renewal, and loyalty points.
  • Collaborate with Product, CRM, Data, Marketing, and Ops.

You will drive growth for Subscription & Loyalty products by identifying opportunities across the user lifecycle, designing experiments, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies. This role partners closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Data, and Ops to improve activation, retention, and overall user value.

Job Description
  1. Drive growth initiatives for Subscription & Loyalty products.
  2. Identify opportunities across the user funnel—from activation to retention.
  3. Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B experiments to measure impact.
  4. Analyze funnel performance (opt-in, renewal, churn, redemption, cohort behavior).
  5. Build dashboards and conduct SQL-based analysis via Redash/Metabase.
  6. Develop user segmentation and support CRM lifecycle campaign strategies.
  7. Ensure operational accuracy across billing, auto-renewal, benefits, and loyalty points.
  8. Collaborate with Product, CRM, Data, Marketing, and Ops to execute improvements.
  9. Communicate insights, experiment results, and performance updates to stakeholders.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or customer insights.
  • Proven experience in market expansion and digital user acquisition.
  • Strong skills in SEO & Organic Growth, User Acquisition Campaigns, Funnel Analysis & CRO.
  • Basic SQL proficiency and familiarity with analytics tools (Looker, GA, or Redash).
  • Strong soft skills: adaptability, communication/copywriting, cross-functional collaboration, and effective time management.
