Job Summary:

The HR Design & Branding Intern will support the Human Resources team in creating visually compelling materials and strengthening employer branding initiatives. This role involves developing creative content for internal and external communication, assisting in employer branding campaigns, and enhancing the overall candidate and employee experience through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the HR content pipeline, including planning, creating, scheduling, and updating content for internal and external audiences.
• Design creative visual materials for recruitment campaigns, onboarding experiences, employee engagement activities, and HR communication channels.
• Create multimedia content such as posters, infographics, social media assets, presentation decks, and short-form videos.
• Support employer branding initiatives on digital platforms (LinkedIn, career pages, job portals) through creative content and visual storytelling.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on design trends, employer branding approaches, and content strategies to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with company brand guidelines and HR communication standards.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools).
• Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail, layout, color, and typography.
• Experience in content creation and basic video editing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media content planning and creative development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to handle multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to do full WFO in Jakarta Selatan, SCBD
