Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma 4 (D4) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in related Engineering fields (Civil, Mining, Environment, Electrical, Mechanical).
• 1-3 years of experience in a coal mining company, managing stockpile operations or land clearing project areas.
• POP Certification with ability to supervise stacking barge loading operations.
• Valid driving license (SIM A).
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations specific to the mining industry.
• Willingness to be placed at the Paser East Kalimantan mine site with a 6‑week on‑site roster and 2‑week off, with field‑break fully accommodated to POH/KTP.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise coal transfer operations from the hopper to stacking at the stockpile, and direct loading to barges through the PLC system to achieve production targets.
• Prepare and manage team (shift) work planning, including operational unit setup and task allocation for loader, stacker, and tripper operators.
• Supervise operational activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stacking and loading operations to ensure accurate reporting and effective monitoring of TMCT Stacking & Loading productivity.
• Lead P5M/Safety Talks and ensure implementation and compliance with K3L (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations, company policies, and government regulations.
• Monitor operational activities in the stockpile area through CCTV and other supporting facilities.

Location and Travel

Our mine operation is located in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan. Staff will operate on a 6‑week on‑site roster with 2‑week off.
