Overview

Physically healthy and able to work in mining sites and outdoor environments.

Minimum 10 years of experience in mining operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related majors.

Able to use English as a working language and conduct daily work communication.

Proficient in mining software (Surpac / Vulcan / Leapfrog / ArcGIS).

Candidates who live near the mining area are preferred.

Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, capable of leading a team independently, and willing to stay long-term at the mining site.

Responsibilities

• Exploration Planning & Sampling Management
• Develop and implement exploration programs (RC drilling, DDH, chip sampling).
• Supervise geological sampling processes to ensure sample representativeness and integrity.
• Build 3D geological models using mining software (Surpac, Vulcan, Leapfrog, Micromine).
• Participate in resource estimation and classification according to JORC or KCMI standards.
• Work closely with mine planning teams to provide short-term and long-term mining recommendations.
• Develop and implement grade control programs, including blast hole sampling.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly geological reports to support production planning.

Qualifications

• Prepare resource and reserve reports in accordance with Indonesian mining regulations (Minerba Law, PSAK 33).
• Assist in preparing annual exploration reports (RKAB) and resource/reserve statements.
• Support ESG audits and ensure geological activities comply with environmental and social responsibility requirements.
