The key person as the Sales Pare Parts manager to catch spare parts sales targets for Indonesia Equipment

Line (IEL) VHS (Vendor Held Stock) channels and IEL branches across Indonesia. Focuses on expanding

solution for customers in ROE thinking way, strengthening the VHS channel, and ensuring sustainable

growth of the aftersales business nationwide.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably within the heavy equipment, automotive, or machinery industry.

Proven experience in leading a national sales team and managing branch or dealer/VHS (Vendor Held Stock) networks.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.

Strong understanding of spare parts products (both fast-moving and slow-moving items), as well as inventory management, warehouse logistics, and order management processes.

Strong analytical ability to monitor sales performance, identify trends, forecast demand, and plan stock levels effectively.

Skilled in national sales strategy planning, including pricing strategy, promotion & incentive programs, and margin management.

Familiar with ROE (Return on Experience / Return on Equity) concepts as part of a customer solution-oriented approach.

Confident in using English for daily communication and business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve spare parts sales volume and revenue targets.

Manage and monitor sales performance through VHS channels and all IEL branches across Indonesia.

Analyze sales trends and implement initiatives to boost fast-moving parts, commodity parts such oil & filters, sales and reduce slow-moving inventory.

Coming as a solution for customer both services and spare parts .

VHS and Branch Network Management

Develop and strengthen the VHS (Vendor Held Stock) as sales network to ensure optimal spare parts availability in our key customer areas.

Maintain strong collaboration between head office, order management, VHS site, inventory management & warehouse logistics to ensure VHS can push the sales by the availability.

Define and monitor KPIs for each branch and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Market and Customer Development

Maintain inter-personal relationship to customer.

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer coverage across Indonesia by deliver our ROE value to customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by supporting their business sustainability.

Conduct regular customer visits to enhance loyalty and understand field market needs.

Promotion and Sales Program Strategy

Design and implement national promotional programs to increase spare parts sales, especially in high-potential regions and slow-moving product categories.

Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, customer events, and product communication materials.

Propose pricing strategies and incentive programs for branches and VHS partners.

Internal Coordination and Team Development

Work closely with Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Logistics, and Process Excellence teams to ensure stock availability and efficient product movement.

Lead, train, and develop the national sales team to strengthen product knowledge and sales negotiation skills.

Prepare and submit sales reports, supporting IM team by forecasts, and market analysis to management by 5W2H based thinking.

Market and Competitor Analysis

As agent to monitor competitors pricing strategy to approach the customers.

Provide strategic input for product development and aftersales business improvement for Motor Sights.
