Job summary
A leading electronic retail company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced After Sales Service Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the After Sales Service team, manage installation and reparation services, and may need to travel and work outside usual hours. Previous experience in a sales role is essential. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a pioneering company in modern electronic retail.

- Manage service operations for installation and reparation.

The company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Operations Manager to lead its After Sales Service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales role, be available to travel for this role when required, and be able to work outside usual hours when required (e.g. weekends, evenings, public holidays).
