Job summary

A fitness nutrition and supplement company in Indonesia is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR operations, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and over 5 years of HRGA experience, including managerial roles. Qualifications

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a fitness nutrition and supplement company based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that drive discipline, efficiency, and high performance.
  • Oversee General Affairs functions, including facilities management, procurement, and asset control.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
  • Build a strong employer branding and talent acquisition strategy aligned with Evolene’s vision.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the HRGA team.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of HRGA experience, with managerial/supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR operations. Proven ability in recruitment, people management, and GA administration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
