We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team at an Automotive Manufacturing company located in Karawang, West Java. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment and facilities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations. • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Proven experience in Maintenance is preferred
• Skilled in one or more of the following:
• Lathe machining (Bubut)
• Welding
• Basic Electrical
• Able to operate a computer, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willing to work in shifts if required
• Strong discipline, initiative, and ability to work independently or in a team
• Physically fit and ready to work under operational conditions
