Job summary
A finance and leasing company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Specialist to develop relationships with customers and suppliers. Key responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies and managing credit proposals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and experience in the financing or banking industry is preferred. Fluent English skills and proficiency in Ms. Office are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum GPA 3.0 required.
- Experience in financing or banking industry; minimum 1 year is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Introduce products and develop customer relationships.
- Conduct credit worthiness feasibility studies.
- Prepare proposals and analyze lease applications.
- Follow up on customer documentation and conditions.
- Ensure payment collection from customers.
- Prepare and submit marketing reports.

- Introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers in order to get new business.
- Conduct feasibility studies of customers in terms of their credit worthiness.
- Prepare the initial proposal, credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, and appraise credit risk of the customers and present all these to superior.
- Follow-up the collection of customer’s documents and visit customers to observe first‑hand their condition.
- Get confirmation from superior in accordance with the amount of disbursement to pay which has to follow the company rules.
- Implement Marketing Policies & Operating Procedures that is linked to the company’s business strategy.
- Ensure payment (collection) from the customers.
- Prepare and submit Marketing Reports regularly.
- Give response and follow‑up the work requirements and instructions which are given by superior and management in accomplishing duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Communication with minimum GPA 3.0.
- Fluent in English both written and orally.
- Has experience in financing or banking industry; minimum 1 year will be an advantage.
- Has basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Familiar with Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Proactive, good communication skill, able to work under tight schedule and have a team work spirit.
