• Oversee the performance and development of the Data Architect team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
• Define and lead the execution of the overall data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
  
• Guide the design and maintenance of data models that accurately reflect complex business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  
• Ensure the development and implementation of robust database schemas that guarantee high performance, scalability, and data integrity.
  
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the data mesh to support scalable and efficient data management.
  
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and strategic direction of data products to meet organizational needs and drive business value.
  
• Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  
• Collaborate with DBA, Data Engineer, and IT AT teams to ensure effective implementation of data architecture solutions aligned with organizational standards.
  
• Manage and expand the business glossary to ensure consistent and accurate data terminology across Business Units and Divisions.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data architecture, driving their adoption to enhance organizational capabilities.
  
• Provide strategic input during project planning to align data architecture requirements, timelines, and resources with business goals.
  
• Continuously monitor and optimize data architecture performance, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Evaluate and incorporate new data architecture technologies that deliver competitive advantages or efficiency gains.
  
• Promote data literacy across departments by collaborating with Business Units and Divisions to ensure effective utilization of data architecture and processes.
  

Management Support Activities:

• Provide reports to direct supervisor.
  
• Suggest process improvements related to time, effort, and cost efficiency.
  
• Perform activities related to the Quality Management System.
  
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science or other majors related to Data Science (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems).
  

Work Exposure / Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Senior Staff role, or
  
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Information Technology, particularly in databases and applications.
  
• Proven expertise in SQL programming, data warehousing (DWH), Big Data technologies, and data analytics, with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining complex data architectures.
  

Special Skills / Certifications:

• Database Management Systems (DBMS)
  
• Data Modeling & Business Intelligence Tools
  
• Web Services Administration (System and Application)
