Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice and support for sales team
• Perform technical presentation and competition analysis
• Conduct product and technical training to customers
• Work with engineering consultants and design build contractors in designing and specifying the products
• Providing technical documents for tender and bidding
• Occasionally do an on-site visit for trouble shooting and assist in test commissioning
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolutions step

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering; Electrical, Mechanical, Piping, Material Science, Instrumental Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 (One) year experience in related field.
• Familiar of various valve product
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to travel if required.
• Preferably working (has experiences) at Trading/Agent/Stockist Company.
• Available to travel for this role when required.
