This full-time role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, overseeing HRIS management with Talenta, and providing HR support to enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate has a relevant Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at PT Generasi Anugrah Berkarya. In this full‑time role, you will play a key part in managing end‑to‑end recruitment across Head Office, Store, and Warehouse operations, while also overseeing HRIS management using Talenta. You will contribute to the smooth operation of the HR function and support the organisation’s growth in a fast‑paced retail fashion & lifestyle environment.
This position is based in BSD, Tangerang, Banten.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for Head Office, Store, and Warehouse positions (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Handle high‑volume / mass hiring for store and operational roles to meet business expansion needs.
Conduct onboarding and ensure a smooth and engaging new employee experience.
Administer and maintain HRIS (Talenta), including employee data, attendance, leave, and reporting.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data within the system.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance management and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs in compliance with labour regulations.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and leave management through HRIS.
Provide HR support and guidance to employees in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with department heads to address manpower planning and recruitment needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, especially for store and operational teams.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
Assist with HR projects and other ad‑hoc tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment (mass hiring preferred).
Experience handling recruitment for multi‑functions (Head Office, Store, Warehouse) is highly preferred.
Hands‑on experience using HRIS Talenta is a must.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and HR administration.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
