IT Head Pharmaceutical - Tambun - WFO (ID: 693828)

Overview

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable university. Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Head in a pharmaceutical company. Possesses knowledge and experience in Industry 4.0. Has experience in IoT processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the company’s IT strategy to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and business operations in line with Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, data integrity, and system availability to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal standards.
• Plan, implement, and maintain IoT systems for production monitoring, equipment connectivity, automation, and real-time data analytics.
• Manage enterprise systems such as ERP, manufacturing systems, databases, and network architecture to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead IT projects including digital transformation, system upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, and technology integration across departments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Management) to align IT solutions with operational needs.
• Ensure proper documentation, validation, backup, disaster recovery, and system audit readiness in accordance with pharmaceutical compliance standards.
• Manage IT budget, vendors, contracts, and external partners to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.
• Supervise and develop the IT team through training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively in English for reporting, vendor coordination, system documentation, and international collaboration.
