Work collaboratively with the classroom teacher to support assessment for learning of students with additional educational needs and identify specific learning support needs. Provide direct support for students through strategies including direct instruction, differentiation in teaching, assessment, and monitoring of progress, covering areas such as social integration, language and communication, literacy, numeracy, and behavior. This may include students with a confirmed diagnosis. Support teachers in dealing with students with special needs in the classroom. Facilitate the participation of students in mental health, well-being, mindfulness activities, and events locally, nationally, and internationally. Provide individual and group counseling to students with identified concerns and needs, including social groups.

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related fields
• Ability to work cooperatively in a positive and collaborative environment
• High initiative, warm and dynamic personality
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with an IELTS score equal to or above 6.0
• Placement in Elementary Unit
