Job summary

A leading food supply company in Indonesia is seeking a Distribution or Warehouse Supervisor. The role involves supervising warehouse operations, analyzing inventory and product occupancy, and monitoring logistical performance. Required is a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and at least two years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG industry. A valid driving permit (SIM A) is mandatory, along with proficiency in MS Excel and analytical skills.

• Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
• Driving permit (SIM A) is mandatory.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor Degree preferable majoring in Industrial Engineering, Logistic & Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Business & Management Field study.

Experience +2 years of experience as a Distribution or Warehouse Supervisor in Supply Chain or Manufacture in FMCG industry.

Having experience SAP is a plus.

Have driving permit (SIM A) is a must

Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and other statistical tools.

Forecasting approach, numeracy and analytical skills.

Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strong in data collection and processing.

Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work with a team.

Willing to be placed at West Jakarta

Responsibility

• Supervising warehouse site operational report and make an analysis conclusion (product occupancy, inventory, in-out traffic)
• Supervising and create aging inventory report
• Supervising and monitoring third party logistic performance and administration
• Conducting frequent stock opname on site warehouse
• Translating business objectives into operational activities.
