Job summary

A pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Indonesia seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management skills to store, manage inventory, and deliver products.
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory requirement).

Job description

Overview

This position is responsible for Warehouse Operations. This includes goods in and out from raw material, semi FG and FG. Delivery these materials to internal department and customer with accurate actual QTY and ERP stock number timely, in order to meet the demand of the production and customer business demand.

Responsibilities

• Goods receiving for PO raw material and customer returned products with correct process.
• Material issues with work order, rework order, normal issue application timely with accuracy control between actual stock and ERP stock.
• Goods issues and shipment for SO timely with accuracy control between actual and ERP.
• Organize the team member for regular Stock Take for insuring the accuracy of ERP stock.
• Daily work arrangement and KPI track for the warehouse team member.
• Daily management of the warehouse goods protection and people safety issue.
• Daily packaging demand of products for the shipment.
• Strict management and control for the hazardous material, and cold room management.
• Inventory management and optimization for cost control, scrap process with other departments.
• ERP routine report analysis and on-time delivery track.
• Support the international and domestic logistic work.
• Daily management for warehouse with 5S management, layout design and optimization.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in warehouse from IVD or Pharmaceutical manufacture industry.
• Experience in ERP process and the warehouse management skills in order to store, manage inventory and delivery products to internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in Export/Import procedures and system (PIB, HS Code, and other process).
• Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory requirement).
