About The Challenge

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in keeping things organized behind the scenes? Do you enjoy working with stock, logistics, and supporting team operations in a structured environment?

As a Warehouse Staff – Hino, you’ll play an essential role in managing spare parts in the warehouse — from receiving and documenting inventory to preparing parts for customer delivery and workshop needs. Your contribution ensures everything runs smoothly from the ground up.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Have a good understanding of warehouse procedures and stock handling
• Familiar with documentation and inventory systems
• Physically fit, organized, and able to maintain cleanliness and order in warehouse areas
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, admin, service)
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming spare parts accurately
• Process and prepare spare part deliveries to customers
• Support and fulfill parts requests from the service workshop team
• Maintain neatness, order, and labeling in the spare parts storage area
• Coordinate with inventory/admin staff to ensure accurate stock flow
