• Manage Warehouse Operations – Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities (receiving, storage, distribution, and shipping).
• Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, analyze inventory needs, prevent overstock/shortages, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee Shipments – Ensure goods are delivered on time, in good condition, and according to company standards.
• Team Management – Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with SOPs and achievement of company targets.
• Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings.
