Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, preferably in Cosmetic, FMCG, or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics regulations.
• Experience managing high-volume SKUs.

Job description

Manage and supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods

Ensure accurate inventory control, stock accuracy, and regular stock opname

Plan and optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency

Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet delivery timelines and service level targets

Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with SOPs

Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and housekeeping (5S/HSE)

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support business needs

Ensure proper handling and storage of cosmetic products in accordance with quality and hygiene standards

Prepare operational reports including inventory, manpower, and performance metrics

Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, preferably in Cosmetic, FMCG, or Retail industry

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control

Familiar with Indonesian logistics regulations and warehouse best practices

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Preferred Skills

Experience handling high-volume SKUs and fast-moving products

Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and expiry date management

Understanding of quality control standards for cosmetic products
