Job description

Plan seasonal themes, product displays, and store layouts to maximize sales.

Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards across all locations.

Conduct store visits and audits to assess and improve displays.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of visual merchandisers.

Provide ongoing training on VM techniques and retail trends.

Research industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Innovate and implement new display techniques.

Manage budgets for merchandising materials and store displays.

Optimize resource use while maintaining visual appeal.

Analyze sales data to assess merchandising impact.

Prepare reports and recommendations for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design / Architecture is a must

3–5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail or fashion.

Proven leadership experience in managing teams.

Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for design and detail.

Excellent understanding of store layouts, customer behavior, and product placement.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel for store visits and audits.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
