A leading visa agency in Bali is seeking a professional to manage end-to-end visa applications and extensions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. This role offers a competitive salary with BPJS and mainly remote work, requiring weekly meetings in the Canggu area.
Handle end-to-end new visa applications (type B, C, D, KITAS/KITAP etc.).
Handle end-to-end visa extensions (type B, C, D, KITAS/KITAP etc.).
Handle end-to-end additional immigration services (passport mutation, address mutation etc.)
Provide personalized advice on visa requirements and regulations.
Communicate with clients in a clear, professional, and friendly manner via email, phone, WhatsApp and physical/online meetings.
Liaise with immigration offices and officers to ensure timely processing.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up on application statuses.
Help with business development and innovation by providing your knowledge and experience with immigration and processes.
Assist with internal administration and reporting.
Experience in a visa agency or similar administrative/customer service role.
Familiarity with all Indonesian visa types and immigration procedures.
Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and a service mindset – clients first!
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems.
