Warehouse Coordinator – East Jakarta, Jakarta, ID | Warehouse & Logistic Spv – East Jakarta, Jakarta, ID | STAFF DOCUMENT IMPORT (FREIGHT FORWARDING)

Job Responsibilities:

• Vehicle dispatching & cost control: vehicle utilization rate, load factor, on-time delivery rate, vehicle turnover rate, etc.
• Vehicle safety management: safety induction training for new drivers, regular safety meetings, establishment of safety management systems, handling traffic accidents, violations, annual inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Vehicle maintenance & servicing: establish maintenance systems, vehicle records, maintenance plans, engage maintenance vendors/workshops, and track the entire repair and maintenance process.
• Cost control: monitor all vehicle operating costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, toll, traffic fines, depreciation, etc.), analyze abnormal cost issues, and develop and implement cost-reduction measures.
• Compliance & external coordination: ensure all licenses and permits are valid and complete, liaise with relevant authorities, and handle violations and accidents.

Job Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations (traffic laws, freight regulations) and proficiency in digital tools such as GPS monitoring and TMS systems.
• Strong data analysis skills, cost awareness, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under high pressure in the logistics industry.
• Familiar with vehicle safety management and cost control methods; strong incident handling and emergency coordination skills with the ability to quickly resolve operational issues.
