Job description

• Having certification as a trainer will be an advantage.
• Min. 2 years experience as Training & Development Manager or 5 years experience as Training & Development Supervisor (Experience in the financial industry is preferred).
• Having proven track records in delivering employee training or learning development programs.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
• Good and effective leadership, analytic & problem solving and strong decision making skills.
• Good planning, organize, detailed oriented and project management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in order to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
