A leading marketing firm in Jakarta is seeking a Trainer Specialist responsible for planning and conducting training sessions for both internal and external teams. The ideal candidate will develop training materials, submit reports, and align programs with marketing activities. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong public speaking and communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential, along with knowledge of relevant tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
Plan and prepare monthly training schedule and materials.
Conduct hard-skill & soft-skill training (online/offline) for internal & external teams.
Participate in HQ trainings and product discussions; update materials.
Submit monthly training reports and update competitor/product databases.
Train and develop promoter and sales with product knowledge and competencies.
Align training programs with marketing activities and trends.
Handle onboarding and induction training for new promoters.
Coordinate with SPV, Sales, RGM, and related teams.
Ensure demo tools and merchandising meet brand standards.
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience as a Product Trainer, Sales Trainer, or Product Specialist in online marketing (such as live stream, marketing etc).
Proficiency in English.
Strong product knowledge and ability to explain product value in a simple way.
Excellent public speaking skills; experienced in offline/online training and product demos.
Able to develop training materials (PPT/modules), evaluate training effectiveness, and analyze sales training needs.
Communicative, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google tools (plus).
