Job description

Trade Marketing and Distribution Specialist

Minimum 4 years experience in same position or related position.

Mature, work independently, self‑motivated personality.

Have good analysis and logic skills.

Experience with Industrial Food Products, Bakery, or food services (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterings / FMCG) is preferred.

Strong experience with data and managing large data sets.

Good organizational, planning abilities and interpersonal communication.

Experience creating team standards or KPIs.

Experience in channel program or Trade Marketing.

Innovative in finding solutions to repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and submit PKD (Distribution Cooperation Agreement).
• Ensure provision of bank guarantees by distributors and calculate credit limits.
• Create incentive KPIs for the sales and distribution teams.
• Develop ad‑hoc programs such as the 4G program and BCT (Bakery Champion Tour) program.
• Coordinate with technical and HR to conduct training for the sales and distribution sales teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team to obtain competitor price monitoring.
• Create store gathering program.
