Primary Function / Job Summary

A dedicated and technically skilled Technical Service Specialist field‑based in customer service team. Responsible for providing on‑site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our products and solutions, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Document service activities, including reports, checklists, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualification (Knowledge, Experience, Education)
  • Associate degree in Electromedical Engineering (Electro Medic) with valid Registration Certificate (Surat Tanda Registrasi / STR)
  • Previous experience in a technical service or field support role.
  • Familiarity with medical devices or healthcare technology is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands‑on troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.
