Our Technical Account Manager will be an integral part of our Customer Success team. This role is based remotely in Thailand.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Account Manager, you will help DoiT’s strategic customers harness the power of public cloud technologies, DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ (our FinOps SaaS platform), and FinOps best practices to drive their overall cloud maturity and efficiency. DoiT TAMs work side‑by‑side with our internal teams and customers to educate, mentor, advise and solve problems so they are getting the most out of what the cloud has to offer.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long‑term strategic direction, operating as a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Engage with customer organizations through both tactical and strategic activities to effectively position public cloud services and perform cost optimisation, insights, and infrastructure reviews
  • During customer onboarding and at a regular cadence, facilitate the DoiT FinOps maturity assessment and collaborate on a continuous shared roadmap to enable and implement FinOps best practices
  • Work with customer technical and business teams, including Director and CxO level, to build and maintain relationships
  • Serve as a customer advocate (Voice of the Customer) during all stages of the customer lifecycle with DoiT International
  • Collaborate with DoiT Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to enable technical and FinOps use cases of the DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ platform
  • Identify new opportunities to help the customer grow, including new workloads, technologies and DoiT’s FDE services
  • Build and maintain relationships with cloud partners (GCP/AWS/Azure) to provide a seamless experience for customers
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role in cloud
  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud
  • Ability to work independently and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with Enterprise customers
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud technology space
  • Confident presenter with excellent presentation skills
  • Experience delivering demonstrations and executing on use cases of a technical SaaS offering
  • Ability to speak and write in Thai and English
  • Some travel may be required
Bonus Points
  • 1 or more Public Cloud Certifications on multiple platforms
  • Prior experience implementing FinOps best practices or a FinOps Foundation certification
