Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or Human Capital
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping/HAV, and Leadership Development
- Proficiency in assessment tools (MBTI, DISC, Hogan, Assessment Center, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions (LOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for HR data management and reporting
- Solid experience in HR analytics and data interpretation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management framework (Talent Pool, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Pathing)
- Conduct talent mapping and Human Asset Value (HAV) analysis to identify high‑potential and critical talents
- Perform talent needs analysis aligned with business strategy and organizational projections
- Manage the Talent Assessment process, including methodology, tools, and coordination with external vendors/assessors
- Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents in collaboration with line managers and HRBPs
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs to management
- Provide strategic recommendations on leadership development and succession pipeline
- Deliver data‑driven insights on talent management effectiveness through HR analytics
