Job summary

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Talent Management, Organization Development, or Human Capital
  • Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping/HAV, and Leadership Development
  • Proficiency in assessment tools (MBTI, DISC, Hogan, Assessment Center, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions (LOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for HR data management and reporting
  • Solid experience in HR analytics and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) preferred
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and enhance the Talent Management framework (Talent Pool, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Pathing)
  • Conduct talent mapping and Human Asset Value (HAV) analysis to identify high‑potential and critical talents
  • Perform talent needs analysis aligned with business strategy and organizational projections
  • Manage the Talent Assessment process, including methodology, tools, and coordination with external vendors/assessors
  • Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents in collaboration with line managers and HRBPs
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of talent management programs to management
  • Provide strategic recommendations on leadership development and succession pipeline
  • Deliver data‑driven insights on talent management effectiveness through HR analytics
