Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce planning and develop succession strategies to meet future staffing needs.
  • Conduct regular talent mapping through consistent people review processes.
  • Support and monitor the implementation of employee career plans, development plans, and succession plans in alignment with people reviews.
  • Establish competency standards with a focus on leadership competencies across functions with main focus in developing blue-collars.
  • Design and implement action plans to foster cultural development.
  • Manage employee promotions, rotations, and transfers based on company requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant studies with at least 8 years of experience in strategic learning & development, talent management, or organization development function.
  • Prior experience in plantation companies with strong exposure in developing strategic learning curriculum and development initiatives for blue-collars.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
