About the job Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter

Our client is the sixth largest capacity Polyester (PET) film globally. Our client has a global presence, supplyingabout 1780 customers in 75 countries across Europe, the Americas, the MiddleEast, and the Indian subcontinent.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessment processes.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Handling Training of employees

Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven experience within the manufacturing industry
