As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you won’t just fill open roles, you’ll shape the hiring strategies that bring in the talent driving our next stage of growth. Partnering closely with business leaders, you’ll blend data-driven recruitment practices with market insights to ensure we hire exceptional people who will thrive here.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions, ensuring every candidate experiences a seamless and engaging hiring journey.
  • Develop and codify high-potential talent profiles by integrating psychological assessment insights with cultural alignment criteria, creating a data-backed framework that elevates future hiring decisions.
  • Partner closely with department heads to fill critical roles that directly support and accelerate business growth.
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, talent mapping, and long-term relationship management.
  • Analyze and optimize hiring metrics to refine recruitment processes and continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide market intelligence to guide hiring decisions, anticipating talent trends and identifying new opportunities before they emerge.
What Success Looks Like
  • New hires integrate quickly, contribute effectively within their first 3 months, and achieve strong performance ratings within their first year.
  • Critical positions are filled within 30 days for associate roles and 45 days for manager roles, enabling the business to capture growth opportunities without delay.
  • Hiring managers consistently see you as a trusted partner in building teams that drive business outcomes.
  • Recruitment processes are not only fast, but also consistent, scalable, and adaptable to evolving company needs.
Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles and levels, from associate to mid-level and above, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth industries.
  • You are agile and thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • You are skilled in communication, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and influenced effectively.
  • You combine strategic thinking with strong execution and analytical skills to turn data into actionable hiring insights.
  • You thrive on collaboration with stakeholders and can influence decisions using data and market intelligence.
  • You’re resourceful, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities for innovative solutions.
