A leading custom machine producer in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Management or Industrial Engineering along with 5 years of experience in recruitment and a proven ability to lead an HR team. This role entails optimizing recruitment processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. A strong proficiency in data analytics and recruitment tools is a must.
This role will focus on delivering talent acquisition strategies and manpower fulfillment, hiring metrics and insights, and employer branding strategy.
