Qualifications

• Min. 5 years experience in warehouse management or related field.
• Professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reorder points.
• Comprehend goods flow and collaborate with purchasing and logistics.

Job Purposed

To assist and support Supply Chain Material Division Head in monitoring & supervise all activities in the Supply Chain for effective warehouse and inventory management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min. 5 years experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a strong track record of optimizing operations.
• Fluent in English spoken and written.
• Mandarin/Chinese basic conversation or Hokkien.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and inventory control.
• Proficient in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and under pressure.
• Professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is highly preferred.
• Expertise in tools like Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI and SAP system.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with colleagues, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding inventory tracking, stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock to ensure efficient inventory control.
• Comprehending the flow of goods from receipt to shipment, including transportation modes and collaborating with purchasing and logistic team.
• Understanding processes for receiving goods, inspecting them, and preparing them for shipment.
• Manage and monitor material requirements for operations and projects.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term material sourcing strategies.
• Analyze and optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Collaborate with procurement teams in supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Establish and improve material management policies and procedures.
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
• Generate reports and supply chain analysis for management insights.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for process and cost improvements.
• Identify material supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.
