Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily production operations to ensure targets are achieved in terms of quality, safety, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and process control in accordance with production standards and parameters.
• Implement and monitor hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation processes based on food safety requirements.
• Apply HACCP principles and take corrective actions for any quality deviations during the production process.
• Lead, direct, and motivate production teams while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and related departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of technical production machinery, machine setup, operating production process, and troubleshooting capability.
• Understanding of hygiene standards, cleaning systems, HACCP, and quality parameters, including corrective actions for non‑conformities.
• Good leadership skills with problem‑solving, smart planning and prioritization, the ability to lead and support teams, adaptability, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Familiar with implementation of GMP, 5R, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SMK3L, and Halal Assurance System (SJH).
