A well-known management firm in Bekasi is seeking a Supervisor Operational Mall to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety standards of a busy shopping mall. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management. Key responsibilities include managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing performance reports. As Supervisor Operational Mall, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy shopping mall managed by PT MBH Management in Bekasi, West Java. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the mall, from maintenance and security to customer service and tenant relations.
Supervise and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, electrical grids, lifts/escalators, and fire protection systems.
Manage and mentor a team of on-site technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor utility consumption (electricity and water) and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure all building facilities comply with occupational health and safety standards and local government regulations.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for tenants regarding fit-outs, renovations, and utility issues.
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on building performance, asset conditions, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experiences as an Engineering Supervisor or Senior Technician, preferably within the Shopping Mall, Hospitality, or High-Rise Building industry.
Strong background in Electrical and Building Maintenance Engineering, MEP systems, BAS (Building Automation System).
Possession of a General K3 or Electrical K3 certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment (including shift work and weekends).
Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
