Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HVAC installation and mechanical works (ducting, piping, insulation, equipment mounting, testing, and commissioning) to ensure compliance with design and project standards.
• Review, interpret, and ensure implementation according to As-Built and Construction Drawings (stereometric and isometric).
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and other related disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and avoid rework or delays.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of mechanical and HVAC installations, ensuring alignment with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC work are available and used efficiently.
• Lead and guide on-site technicians and subcontractors to achieve work targets and maintain productivity.
• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC systems during construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Support the testing, balancing, and commissioning process to verify system performance before handover.
• Maintain strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Assist in preparing documentation for project handover, including test results, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Electrical Air Conditioning (MEP/HVAC) contracting or similar project environments.
• Language: Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Health: Physically fit, with no history of asthma and a good medical record.
• Location: Based in JABODETABEK, willing to be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
