Job Responsibilities

• Tracking & distribute presensi, rapor & dokumentasi
• Manage & handling student issue
• Create sesi di platform ruangguru (CMS)
• Mengolah hasil pre & post test
• Membantu persiapan pelaksanaan kompetisi
• Monitoring ke sekolah yang terdaftar pada program

Job Requirements

• Berpengalaman dalam menangani user atau pelanggan secara langsung (customer/user handling)
• Kemampuan untuk bekerja sama secara efektif dengan anggota tim dan staf lainnya
• Komunikatif, suportif, dan memiliki empati terhadap siswa
• Kreatif serta mampu memecahkan masalah dengan solusi yang tepat
• Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu menangani beberapa siswa secara simultan
• Terampil dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran digital dan teknologi pendukung lainnya
• Memiliki SIM & kendaraan pribadi
